Dozen egg whites
1 cup egg white protein powder (unflavored)
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp salt
3 egg yolks
1 TBSP melted butter
Add egg whites, cream of tartar and salt to a stand mixer. Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form. Turn mixer to low and slowly add in egg white protein. Once mixed, add in the egg yolks and butter. Place into a greased bread pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 325. Turn oven off let sit for an extra 15 minutes. Let completely cool before removing from bread pan. Voila! BetterThan Bread is yours to devour.
The alternative to bread that will knock your socks off :) the fluffiness is unmatched. It's amazing and it's so simple!
